Installing

Sheetfolio is being reviewed for the Shopify App Store. Once listed, you install it from the App Store with one click; it asks only for read access to your products.

Where does the wholesale price come from?

Two options per catalog: a product metafield (namespace custom, key wholesale_price, number or money type), or a percentage off the retail price. Products without a value show "—" and are listed by the preflight.

How many products can a catalog have?

Up to 100 on Free, up to 2,000 on Pro. A 1,500-product catalog with images renders in about 20 seconds and is about 14 MB.

Which template should I use?

• Compact line sheet: one row per product with a size × colour matrix of SKUs. Best for apparel and anything with variants.
• Visual catalog: six products per page with large images. Best for showrooms and lookbook-style catalogs.
• Price list: one line per variant with SKU and barcode, no images. Best for buyers who paste into their systems.

How long do download links last?

24 hours. After that, press Refresh in your catalog list: you get a new PDF with today's products and prices, same layout and branding.

Does Sheetfolio access my customers or orders?

No. Only products, collections and product images, read-only. See the privacy policy.

Cancelling

From your Shopify admin: Settings → Apps and sales channels → Sheetfolio → Cancel subscription, or simply uninstall the app.
